Tim has always been very helpful to me. If I had a problem he would correct it swiftly as possible. I am not an email person, I prefer to speak with someone on the phone, then I will back it up in a email.When I have questions I will call Tim if he was unavailable he would return my call no less than an hour and that says a lot for a person in this day in time.
